Some tabs not visible in Hyperlink list
 

I am trying to create hyperlinks from an "index tab" to each subsequent tabs.
I'm using the insert hyperlink from the menu. It seemed straight forward
enough.

What I'm totally stumped on is why some of my tabs do not show up in the
"cell reference" list in the Hyperlink window.

What am I doing wrong?
