There's no built in function to do that, although you could download the
free MOREFUNC addin and use the NBTEXT function, otherwise you need VBA

Is their any Function to convert no. in figure to in words

it is pretty easy to write a function to convert a number into words.
such as 12345 into one two three four five. And only a little more
complex to get 12 thousand three hundred and fourty five.

You do need to know which you want also some sort of maximum: millions,
milliards, billions etc. (Or if you are american you skip the milliards
and go straight to billions)
