"how do i move text from one worksheet to another without it changeing the
colum width of either part?" say i have 2 coums one width is 10 and the
second is 15, that is worksheet 1, what i want to do is move info from
worksheet 2 and there are 2 colums, one with a width of 5 and the other is
20. Is it even possible to move the text to the first worksheet without
changing the colum size of either page?

Brion,

1) Use linking formulas, then convert to values
2) Copy just the cells of interest, not the entire column, and paste
