Default how to convert h:mm (46:30) to 46.5 for payroll

I am creating a time card. After totalling hours worked for a week, the sum
is shown as 46:30. 46 hours 30 minutes. How can I change this to be
displayed as 46.5? I have a formula in the cell already
=SUM(E21+G21+I21+K21+M21+O21) The cell itself is formatted as a Custom [h]:m.
Is there another function I can add on the the formula I already have
