add a ruler to use on spreadsheets
 

add a tool where a ruler can be used to keep place on spreadsheets. The
highlighter is only ok until you have to go else where on the spreadsheet and
then you lose your place. An actual ruler or line indicator that stays in
place until moved would be helpful.
