Return File Name to cell
I posted this yesterday but cannot seem to find it through the site I am using - Exceltip.com. As such I am posting it again. I want to return the file name to a cell in my spreadsheet. I know I can use the Cell("filename") function, but this provides the path. I cant seem to figure out how edit the string do that only the file name shows up in the formula. Thanks. -- ExcelMonkey ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ExcelMonkey's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=5221 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=318741 |
