Problem with cell shading
 

If a table like this

60%
8%


I want to color the cell red when they are 10% positive
And green if they are when they are < 10 negative

Select all the cells, starting at let's say A2

Menu FormatConditional Formatting
Change Condition 1 to Formula Is
Add formula of =A2.01
Click Format
Select Pattern tab
Select red
OK

Click Add
Change Condition 1 to Formula Is
Add formula of =A2<-.01
Click Format
Select Pattern tab
Select green
OK

OK
