Excel Subtotal problem
I just updated a group of users from Excel XP (2002) to Excel 2003, current
service patch. They are running into an issue with Subtotals: Multilevel subtotals are in the wrong position. Example. I sort a worksheet by three levels using DataSort, then subtotal three times using DataSubtotal, the same fields used to sort, the sum function and do not have the Replace Current Subtotals box checked. On the previous version of Excel the subtotals were then nested in the correct order, on the new version some are and some arent, the ones that arent have their first total in the second level.
