Copy between worksheets...
If worksheet 1 has:
1 2 3 A Smith Travel 1 Mar 06 B Jones Off 1 Mar 06 C Smith Off 1 Jun 06 D Jones Travel 1 May 06 How do I copy the A1, A3, A5, A6, etc., and D1, D3, D5, D6, etc., to worksheet 2, only if A2="Travel"? (I realize the easy way would be to sort WS1 the Copy/Paste the appropriate cells, but would like this to be automated) Even better would be to populate a PowerPoint "Table", but will settle for Excel! Copy between worksheets...
Apply autofilter to column 2 (usually called B) for values "Travel".
Highlight the displayed cells and copy them to another area of the sheet - you can then delete the second column before copying to Powerpoint. Hope this helps. Pete |
