filling up data in blankrows!
 

hi!

i am having dates in A1,A4,A7,A10.
i want to fill up A2 & A3 with date in A1, A5 & A6 with date in A4...so
on!
is there any formula for filling up data in the above manner?

Select column A and F5SpecialBlanksOK

Now in the active blank cell type an = sign.

Point to the cell above and CTRL + ENTER to fill down.

You can then copy and paste special(in place)valuesokesc to get rid of the
formulas.
