Default Calculated cells in Excel

I feed numbers from a worksheet into a summary sheet and want to e-mail the
summary sheet to someone. Is there a way to make the numbers fed into the
summary fixed so they can be e-mailed?

Maybe: Copy | Paste Special..., select Values

Does this help?

you could copy the whole sheet and 'pastespecial' values before
e-mailing it. Either right click the mouse and choose pastespecial or
select it from the edit menu (Alt+e,s,v)
