I would like to be able to place some graphics within a generated chart.
Are there functions that allow me to do this?

With chart selected, Insert | Picture
If chart is not selected and you have a chart on the worksheet, you need to
Group the two
Drag it over the chart
Hold CTRL, click chart border
Right click; use Group -

How would I do this in VB? What is the function that places an image on
a chart?
