If, then

Here's what I want to do.........if any number in a specified column is a
specified value, I want to highlight the cell or "fill" the background of
that cell with a specified color, and present that number in bold-face. Can
anyone tell me how to do this?

If, then

Look up conditional formatting in help.

If, then

under the formatting menu there is conditioning formatting and you can put
multi conditions from bold to color background.
