Why can't I scroll down?
 

I am working in a shared spreadsheet. I am inputing data, and can filter out
the rows that haven't been completed. However, as I get to the bottom of the
screen I can't see what I am scrolling down to (in essence, the rows won't
move up).

Why can't I scroll down?
