Linked sheets - URGENT!

Hi,

I've having a little problem.

I copied some data from one workbook into a new one.

Now, everytime I go into my new workbook, its comes up with a dialog
box saying;

'the workbook you opened contains automatic links to information in
another workbook. Do you want to update this workbook with changes made
to the other workbooks?'

and gives you the options, Yes or No.

Is there anyway to unlink/disable/turn off this link so I don't keep
getting the diaglog box?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

M

Check through all the formulas in the sheet, there is likely to be 1
that references the first sheet. It will most likely be encased with []
type brackets.
