Linking dates with a calendar...
My hope is this...
column A are names of those I have scheduled meetings with. column B is a date I enter with the next several columns auto filling using a function. I would like to link this to a worksheet with a calendar so it displays the persons name on the calendar on the dates that the worksheet has listed (5 or 6 each person). Thank you for your help. |

i am using the template from microsoft of 2004 and 2005 on a single worksheet
though i might have to put each year on its own worksheet... is that a problem? You say its not a problem? example: 1a 1b 1c 1d 1e jeff 24july04 24Aug04 autofilled/date autofilled/date so on the calendar on each date in 1b-1e you would find the name Jeff... if this is easy to do can you also include the column label also? Each column is labeled for a specific meeting topic... thanks for your help "scasawyer" wrote: If you create a calendar in excel then this would not be a problem, what kind of calendar are you planing on using "mcboots" wrote in message ...
