Did you change the source data range to include the new columns?

If not, try the following:
Right-click a cell in the pivot table
Choose PivotTable Wizard
Click the Back button
In Step 2, include all the cells in the source table
Click Finish.

To make the source range expand automatically, you can use a dynamic
