Another Series polulate question
 

I wish to populate down column N numbers consecutivley depending on what number is entered into a different cell. It probably easier if i put an example:
In cell H5 i enter the number 65, i then want from cell B9 to populate from number 1 to 65 down the column (to B74 obviously), i dont want to drag the series i want it to happen automatically. and i want to be able to do it with any number i enter into cell H5.
