MS Excel
Spreadsheet which I have previously been able to Insert Rows to now gives me
the message "MS cannot shift nonblank cells off the worksheet". I have used this spreadsheet for over 10 years and have never encountered this before. |

It means you have data in a row that would be deleted if your insert was done. If you're inserting just one row then there's data in the last row. If you're inserting 10 rows then there's data in at least one of the last 10 rows. Keep in mind that when you insert a row Excel has to delete a row to compensate for it. -- Cutter ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cutter's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=9848 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=496273 |

You apparently have some values in the last row of the sheet. Take a look
and see if anything is visible. If you see nothing, there may be a cell(s) that have a space or some non-visible entry. Delete that row and see what happens "BonnieSC" wrote: Spreadsheet which I have previously been able to Insert Rows to now gives me the message "MS cannot shift nonblank cells off the worksheet".
