copy group of cells to another group of cells using "IF" in third

How do I get the contents of a group of cells - "Business Address" pasted in
another group of unlocked cells ("ship to") if there is a text "X" present in
a third cell.
I am trying to allow the user to put in the shipping address as needed in
the unlocked cells. If it ships to the company warehouse the user puts an
"X" in another cell which will cause the contents of the out of view cells
with the company warehouse address to paste into the unlocked "ship to" group
of cells. I cannot have the formula in the cell directly as the user would
erase them when typing etc.
I lock the spreadsheet so only the unlocked cells are selectable

Hi
if I understood you correctly this can't be achieved with formulas
alone. This would require VBA

OK I have trouble spelling VBA let alone using it. Is there another way to
accomplish what should be simple. Can it be done with formatting such as
hide the cells then reveal if the text "X" is present etc?
