How do I make a group of data (not figures) which could be collaps

How do I make a group of data (not figures) which could be expanded and
collapsed? As what I see now Excel 2002 only provides this feature for under
subtotal, which is not exactly suits my requirement.

First select the range of rows or columns you want to collapse and expand,
then use data group and outline.
