Add total number of rows (text) in a column
I have a document that has entries consisting of text, numbers and dates in
separate columns. I would like to add the number of entries and don't mind which column I am totalling. There are no conditions. I need to have the total number of entries noted at the end of the document rather than having the total number of lines used as a separate column. Many thanks. |

So, you want to count how many cells have entries on the entire sheet? =COUNTA(range) Biff "rostroncarlyle" wrote in message ...
