Column Width and Row Height
 

It would be nice if Excel had add a ruler bar option (vertical and
horizontal) in the speadsheet window, similar to Publisher, and the units of
measurement for column widths and row heights were in inches with pixel size
in parenthesis next it. What would be better is if user could determine what
unit of measurment is used.
