Third party tools that can completely alter Excel's user interface? They
don't exist. YOU CAN'T DO THIS IN EXCEL.

No.

Right-click on one of navigation arrows at bottom left to see a pop-up of
sheets to choose from if that is your goal.

If not sufficient, post back. There are other methods using VBA.
