Multiple conditions
 
Column C contains 2 sets of data
Column M contains 19 sets of data

I need to write a formula that counts the all the data in column M for the
first data set in C. After which I can do the same for the second set in
column C

Sorry, Eventually figured it out

=SUMPRODUCT(--($C$2:$C$200="A2"),--($M$2:$M$200=E$4)
