Hi,
There are two ways to solve your problem. The first will result in the data being pasted in a way that it will not update if the monthly sheets change, but it is simpler. Copy as you have done, but right click in the top left cell of the cells you wish to paste to and select 'paste special' from the list, hten select values. The second way is to go to the first cell where you wish the values to be pasted to, type = and then navigate to the cell containing the data which will be displayed. This formula can be copied to the other cells so they read in the data from each of the sheets, and the years data will update automatically when the monthly sheets are changed. The reason you had this problem was because you were trying to copy formulas, so when you paste them they are trying to refer to cells in the sheet you are pasting into.
