Bernie's solution seems to be complete and correct. Thanks for the feedback. It failed on any dates where DAY(A1) DAY(B1). You can try : =(DATEDIF(A1,B1,"m")+(DAY(A1)DAY(B1))-DAY(A1)/(32-DAY(A1-DAY(A1)+32))+ DAY(B1)/(32-DAY(B1-DAY(B1)+32)))*1000 If this one fails, I'd appreciate if you'd let me know for which dates (and the expected results).
