Where is the Data Tools group Help refers to when splitting cells? Here's

I don't know about O2003, but in O2k it is under Data (no Tools) Text to
Columns.... If there is a "V" at the bottom of your Sata menu (this indicates you haven't used these menu items for some time), wait a couple seconds and the option should appear. There is no DataTools item in 2003 or any other version I have worked with.
The KB article is misleading in this regard. DataT to C is correct as MDBCT points out.
