How to return min, mean, max using criteria?

The formula for calculating the mean works; however the "min" formula
returns "0", and the "max" formula returns the maximum value in the
entire list, not the maximum value for a specific item in the list.
Possible tweaks to the formulas?

Steven,

Did you array enter those formulas, using Ctrl-Chift-Enter?

The formulas were tested and worked for me.
