Is it possible to perform formula functions on unconditional formating of a
cell? A simple example: Can I perfom a simple COUNT of number of cells in a range that have unconditional formating of the cell colour? |

The best way to do this is to construct a formula that test for how many
cells meet the conditional formatting condition.
