How do I show -ve numbers with minus sign; +ve numbers with plus sign and 0
without any sign on Excel?

Select the cells you want to apply this to. From the menus select
FormatCells. Select the Number tab and then in the Category box Select
Custom. In the Type box enter:
+#,##0;-#,##0;0
Click on OK
