How do I highlight duplicate data on a spreadsheet?
 
I have a column of data on an Excel spreadsheet that should be unique codes.
I want to highlight any cells that contain duplicated data. Any idea how to
do this?

use conditional formatting
formatconditional format
formula
=countif(d:d,d1)1
format as desired
apply to all desired cells
