Deleting/IDing Rows that Don't Meet Criteria

Biff is correct - the dates are text from an online database. I am not
sure of how to use the text to column function. Do you mind helping
out?

Thank you for your quick response!

Biff

Hi!

Select the data to be separated. Make sure the adjacent
column is clear or any data in it will be overwritten. You
can insert a new column if needed.

Goto DataText To Columns
Select Fixed width
Click Next
Point at and then double click the line separators that
divide the data. When you double click them, they will be
removed. Remove the first 2 and the last one. Your data
should look like this in the preview window:

August 19, 2004, | 7:19:35 PM
August 19, 2004, | 7:45:47 PM
August 19, 2004, | 8:30:31 PM
August 19, 2004, | 8:44:12 PM
August 19, 2004, | 8:46:12 PM

Click Finish

Now the times have been separated into a new column and
have been converted to true excel times.
