ExcelBanter - "FIX" is displayed on status bar

"FIX" is displayed on status bar

And, when I enter "01", for instance, Excel converts the value "01" to
"10000000". I'm assuming "FIX" has something to do with this; but I have no
idea how this got 'turned on' OR how to get it turned off.
