Custom Menu Help
Hi Guys,
I don't know if I am in the right group, so I will post here and not cross post. I have several functions that I need to set up a Custom Menu for. This is my first time exploring this type of feature and could use your help. How do I set up one? Also, how do the rest of my users (since this is going to be deployed) get this same menu in my Excel workbook? |
Custom Menu Help
I really like the way John Walkenbach does it in his menumaker workbook:
http://j-walk.com/ss/excel/tips/tip53.htm Here's how I do it when I want a toolbar: http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?th...5B41%40msn.com ps. If it's at all possible, you may want to do your best to separate the code from the data. That way when your code changes (it always does!), you can just give them another addin and tell them to dump the old. If you mix your data and code in the same workbook, it could be very difficult to update the distributed workbooks (to which the users have made changes).
