strange error calculations provides errors until i add any new one

here is the case
1) i have a file server which contains the work folder and it is shared
between the work group.
2)in this folder there are many linked excel workbooks.
3)these workbooks together in conjunction to provide final totals to the
final exel reports.
4)when my corporators make changes in the data entry workbooks from one pc
and i open this file from another pc calculation functions shows (#value)
error this errors are temp errors they all go as soon as i select any empty
cell and insert simple function(sum for example) in it & every thing work
perfect even i delete the add function.

I've seen a VALUE error when the trying to access data from closed
workbooks. When the workbooks are opened, no more value error. I also use
the INDIRECT.EXT function available as an add-in to avoid this error.
