How can I change dafault color in excel from black to another?
 
For example - the default border color is black. Can I chnge it to red?

Hi!

You would have to change the default color of the gridlines then the format
borders default color will also change.

ToolsOptionsView

Check Gridlines then select a color from the drop down.

Try Format Style Modify Borders select Red, click Outline ok

Hi!

The only way that I know of is to format the range of cells and then select
the border style you want.

I guess you could have a Workbook_Open event macro to do this but I can't
help with that.

Yes. But in this case I have already selected borders in border tab. I
don't want it! Meybe should I it in registry change?
