excel won't work with peachtree

I had office 2000 and excel was working fine with my Peachtree, then I
installed office 2003 and the Excel box is shaded out in Peachtree. Can
anybody help?

This would be a Peachtree problem, not an Excel problem. Have you checked
Peachtree tech support?
