Change text within multiple functions

Hi, I hope you can help me out. I have several similar functions in a
worksheet that I would like to be able to change the dates in. Maybe a macro
or something like that. An example of one of the functions is show below.

=-SUMIF('10-28-05'!$G$2:$G$2986,'Refund Holds'!A3,'10-28-05'!$H$2:$H$2986)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
Harv

Added Note: I want to change the worksheet name in the function. It is a
date.
