New Menus - attaching but menus are reset

I update my BINGO file on a daily basis, but the menu I set up for my macros
are basically the same. When I send the file from home to work and back
again (both Office 2003 versions) the menus are attached but reset, there
are no menus.

Can anyone suggest something?
