Time stamp that does NOT update
 

I have created student id's with magnetic stripes.
I am looking for a function that will enter the exact time that they swipe
their cards and not update that time each time another student swipes their
card. I do not have knowledge of Visual Basics so if that is the only way to
do this, please give me as much information as possible. Thank you.
