How do I stop other circles in other cells to stop selecting?

O Yes O No Next Cell O Yes O No If i select the first Yes in the top cell and move to the next cell and select No, then the top cell will clear and the bottom cell over rides it. |

You need to link the relevant controls and isolate them from the others. On the
Forms toolbar you will see what looks like a square with xyz at the top of it. Click on that and drag a box around the controls you wish to group and these will now operate independently of any other outside that box. -- Regards Ken.......................
