How do I stop other circles in other cells to stop selecting?
 
For example

O Yes
O No

Next Cell

O Yes
O No

If i select the first Yes in the top cell and move to the next cell and
select No, then the top cell will clear and the bottom cell over rides it.

You need to link the relevant controls and isolate them from the others. On the
Forms toolbar you will see what looks like a square with xyz at the top of it.
Click on that and drag a box around the controls you wish to group and these
will now operate independently of any other outside that box.
