Default Populate List Box

hi folks

I have bult a workbook to create rosters for our ward
I wish to populate a list box with wekly dates. so the ward manager
selects one of the next four roster start dates
eg Sun 6 Nov / Sun 13 Nov / Sun 20 Nov
and creates a new roster sheet based on the selected start date

I have created the roster sheet, it counts staff above a certain
grade and the m/f ratio if anyone is interested
-remove-block

thanks for the great advice and support in this group
