offset? match index? sumif? 2way look-up?

the scenario:

s/n veh_no status task
0 x123
0 x123
0 x123 op last task
1 x123
1 x123
1 x123 op last task
2 x123
2 x123 workshop

over here, the results are in clm A. the status was given to the last
task on the

vehicle and a s/n was issued to the last task and the previous tasks
that were

done on the vehicle. in C4 ,if the status is op, A2:A4 will return
0. in C7,if the

status is is op , A5:A7 will return 2 . The numbers are incremental.
the main thing

is that the same s/n is given to the last task and the previous tasks
when the

input in status <""

hope i am clear.

can be "op"
