How to print everything in a cell

I have a spreadsheet that has different sized cells filled with text. I have
2 larger cells and when I go to print these 2 cells cut off about the last 2
sentences. I have tried making the cells larger and removing the formatting
and redoing it but nothing seems to work... HeLP

Here are a couple of things you can try:
1. The "Merge and Center" command (button to the right of the "Align Right"
button) will allow you to extend your text over several cells. Highlight
your cell, along with other empty cells next to or beneath it, and click
"Merge and Center" This might make them fit (but you won't be able to sort
your data unless you unmerge the cells)
2. In the Alignment tab of the Format Cells screen, check "Shrink to fit."
This will ensure that all of your text shows up, but it may be quite small.

Thanks for your input. But actually I finally figured it out last night. You
have to cut off the long sentences and although it does not look as neat it
works. I solved the office problem. :-)
