=(Dollars/Unit_cost)*Unit_Qty/People

Unit cost = $10
Unit Qty = 5 pairs

A1: $1000 (budget)
A2: 10 (total people)
A3: $10 (cost per pack)
A4: 5 (knickers per pack)

=(A1/A2/A3)*A4

=50 knickers per person
