Pivot table displays data differently, Excel 2003
I am trying to follow the Pivot Table training on Microsoft's online help. My
data is as follows: Salesperson Amount$ Buchanan 100 Chris 200 Buchanan 300 I would like to display my table as follows (as is shown in MS onlne help) Salesperson Sum Percentage Buchanan 400 66.67% Chris 200 33.33% But when I follow the instructions, my table shows as follows Buchanan 400 Percentage 66.67% Chris 200 Percentage 33.33% I am not sure what am I doing wrong. I am using Excel 2003. |

I'm guessing that you will also see 'Data' column, if so click and hold so
you can see the grey ling and then drag it to the top row were the line will flip from vertical to horizontal and then let go.
