Default Automatic Calendar in excel

I see this done before by someone else.
They have something that looks like this
Meeting Name From To Time

Head Count 9:00AM 10:00AM 60 Min
Scheduling 3rd Shift 10:00AM 10:30AM 30 Min
Measurements 11:00AM 12:30PM 90 Min

The time gets automatically calculated, also when a meeting changes, it
re-calculates the time and also adjusts the times frames of the other
meetings to accommodate for the change. So the meeting will adjust
accordingly.

I hope I explained this correctly.

Thanks in advance
