apply changes to all sheets
How can I change an entry in one cell and at change the cells at the same
place on all other sheets ? I have 40 tabs under one spreadsheet. All of them are almost the same with the exception of one or two cells per sheet. Let’s say I want to change a date on the first sheet and have the new date appear on all appropriate cells on all of the remaining 39 sheets. Mark |
apply changes to all sheets
Hi!
Right click on any sheet tab. Select: Select all sheets All sheets are now selected and the word [GROUP] should appear in the title bar. Now, anything you do to one sheet will be done to ALL sheets. Be very careful! Also, don't forget to ungroup the sheets after you're done! Right click any tab Select: Ungroup sheets Biff "Mark" wrote in message ... Rather than selecting all sheets, you may want to select several or most all.
if you s[shift] and click on one sheet and hold down shift and click another sheet, it will group all between, you can select or de-select individual sheets by holding down the [Ctrl] key and then clicking the tab "Biff" wrote: Hi!
