![]() I copied this information on a website that has rows and columns. After I pasted the information into an excel worksheet and tried to sort the data and got the following message, "This operation requires the merged cells to be identically sized". Is there anything I can do that will allow me to sort the data? Any suggestions are appreciated. TIA Eddie -- eddie57 |

You will need to eliminate the merged cell(s) from the sort range, either by restoring them to two or more cells to match the cells in the other rows or deleteing the row they are in. Sometimes, if you Paste Special as Text from websites, you get more manageable data than just pasting. -- jahoobob |
